Because of it's a series of unique advantages,such as high specific strength,high specific modulus,corrosion resistance and strong fatigue resistance,composite materials are gradually used in modern aircraft,and riveting technology plays an important role in the process of aircraft assembly and manufacturing.In order to achieve faster speed,achieve good aerodynamic performance and stealth effect,the modern high-speed aircraft often use composite sandwich structure with inclined design,which is characterized by the use of double flush riveting form.At present,the double side countersunk riveting of composite wing rear edge structure is still using manual hammer riveting,coupled with the impact of composite load ability,there is always the problem of installation damage,and the quality of riveting is not guaranteed,and there has been no good solution.Therefore,it is very important to systematically study and get the double-sided embedded riveting process of the rear edge of the composite wing.This article on the basis of analysis of the existing riveting process and finite element simulation,the technological parameters of double-sided embedded riveting for the rear edge of composite material wing are systematically studied through a series of riveting process test,to obtain the optimal parameters of the riveting process,summed up the rule and made the riveting process specification,forming a complete set of riveting process system.Firstly,combined with theoretical analysis,we design a series of experiments: riveting process exploratory test,riveting process verification test and comparison test of hammering riveting and pressure riveting.Through the above tests,we get the selection criteria of rivet length and diameter of upsetting nest.Secondly,based on the analysis of test results,combined with the actual assembly,the riveting process optimization,experimental studies show that riveting process parameters,the machine pressure riveting can replace manual hammer riveting for composite wing trailing edge of the double face flush riveting.Thirdly,through the above research and the riveting machine in the experiment,the unreasonable design of the pressure head structure is analyzed,and the pressure head structure is re-optimized.Finally,this paper has completed the compilation of "the technical specification for the wedge-shaped composite double-sided riveting(Draft)".
