Automatic drilling riveting technology in aircraft manufacturing in the process of application, after 40 years of development, has been widely used in the world’s major aviation manufacturing enterprises, technology is relatively mature. Foreign aviation manufacturing enterprises of automatic drilling & riveting core technology has been in a state of blockade, although these years China’s aviation manufacturing enterprises through continuous efforts, automatic drilling & riveting technology has made great breakthrough and progress, such as automatic drilling & riveting technology in ARJ aircraft wing assembly process of the application, but in large civil aircraft automatic drilling riveting technology is relatively weak, especially in large civil aircraft wing automatic drilling & riveting technology.In this thesis, the development needs of the large civil aircraft C919 aircraft automation, digital, high precision and long life are combined in this paper,Analysis of unilateral wingspan 17 m assembly connecting structure on XAC G86 automatic drilling riveting machine, to determine the C919 aircraft wing panel in the automatic drilling & riveting 13 m bracket positioning clamping, compilation and optimization of C919 aircraft wing panel in the automatic drilling and riveting machine, drilling and riveting process, planning for the C919 aircraft wing panel of automatic drilling and riveting process parameters database establishment, carry out the C919 panel type I and J type structure of the long truss eccentric riveting anvil application scheme.By aircraft C919 17 m wing panels test piece in the G86 automatic drilling and riveting machine location, processing of the actual operation, to achieve the g86 drill riveting 13 m Xiao Wei frame riveting 17 m big wall plate positioning method, broke through the small enclosure frame positioning processing large panel difficulties, completed the wing wall plate in the g86 automatic drilling riveting machine drill riveting program verification and optimization, established 6 rivets and 12 different thickness panel of automatic drilling and riveting process parameters database, long truss type I and J type structure with eccentric riveting anvil of the scheme is verified, and solves key technical problems of C919 aircraft 17 m wing panel of automatic drilling & riveting of.
