| Tower crane plays an important role in the modern buildings.The complex control circuit is the core of tower crane.How to conduct preliminary testing and post-morton diagnostic and maintenance on the control circuit is the important part for whether the tower crane can be successfully put into production and use.Now,there is a control board of tower crane that has been put into production and used at the scene.The circuit board can collect the environmental factors,such as elevating capacity,wind speed,incline angle,elevating height,amplitude varying position,rotation angle and so on,that affect the work of tower crane effectively and in real time through the sensor.It also can process the working data and make decisions on the tower cranes.The tower crane control board can complete tower crane control and monitoring.Because of the number of sensors it is measuring,at present,there is no good system to detect and diagnose the product.If we use manual and physical testing,there will be heavy workload,high cost and many errors.Therefore,how to improve the automation degree and accuracy of control board detection,diagnosis and maintenance is the important factor for designing of the integrated detection and diagnosis system for tower crane circuit board.In this paper,an integrated detection and diagnosis system for tower crane circuit board on embedded technology is designed.It can detect and diagnose the performance indexes and functions of the tower crane control board.The system includes the upper computer software and the detection and diagnosis hardware circuit.The upper computer software is responsible for the simulation data setting of sensors,the real-time data receiving and processing,the diagnosis of the communication status of each sensor channel of the tower crane control circuit and other functions.The detection and diagnosis hardware circuit is responsible for the simulation sensor data acceptance from upper computer,generation of Modbus protocol for sensor data signal,sending and receiving the Modbus protocol with the tower crane control board.And the system has the Ethernet network communication and the large capacity storage function.The system can work without PC,such as in the overhead tower crane.It can accept the real-time data of the upload server of the tower crane control board and store the data in the SD card.The system can also query historical data through the SD card to analyze real-time data after the accident.This function is used for the maintenance and improvement of the tower crane control board.The system is used in combination with multiple ARM processors to complete the detection and diagnosis for the tower crane control board.The system can simulate the actual working conditions and process and save the real-time data from the tower crane control board.The system has many advantages,such as rich sensor signal,comprehensive function,low cost,high flexibility,high efficiency,strong reliability and so on.The system prototype has been debugged and passed functions and performance tests. |
