With the development of microchip technique and operating system technique,Embedded real-time operating system becomes an important part of the computer science.It has been widely used in manufacturing industry, process control, communication system and so on.This thesis, based on the control system of charger for Electric Vehicles, discusses some problems on using the embedded real-time system in the control system. This thesis analyses an integral part of the Electric Vehicle Charging Station, and anslyses the Charger Monitoring System functions and key technologies. This program uses the real-time operating system uC/OS-II As the core management system and the Charging Control System has be divided into a number of functional tasks whose priority have be given have by the real-time requirements and complexity. A special communication protocol for the control system is introduced in this thesis.The traditional control software is a foreground/background system. It doesn't match the increasing of the complexity of the control system and the requirement of the real-time ability and reliability. In order to enhance the performance of the control system, it's necessary to construct the control software based on the embedded real-time platform. This thesis outlines the concepts of the embedded real-time operating system, analyzes the uC/OS-II operating system and ports it to the MC9S12DT128 micro-controller to construct the embedded real-time platform. The software of the control system is designed on the embedded real-time platform. This scheme provides a method to reduce the difficulty of designing the control software and enhance the performance of the control system.Charger Monitoring System has some data communications. The system uses two field bus: RS485 and CAN.This thesis introduces the structure of the two field bus, designs the Application Layer Protocol for communications. The Charger Monitoring System based on the embedded system has good reliability and timely, and be able to meet the design requirements.
