Research On Graphical Design Of Interactive Information Of Household Drum Washing Machine Based On User Characteristics

Under the background of information age,the amount and types of information exponentially caused information overload.People exposed with large information for long time leads to Information Anxiety.The massive information has forced people to put forward new demands for information design.Quality of information design determines the user's understanding of information and determines the user experience of the product during information age.The era of reading pictures and the extensive application of information graphics require comprehensive consideration of information and user characteristics to design out some intuitive and understandable information graphics.Therefore,the goal of this paper is to propose a research method based on user characteristics and information graphical design strategy,in order to achieve efficient communication of information.This paper starts with the research of user characteristic theory and information graph theory,which determines the research scope of user characteristics including three dimensions of demographic characteristics,lifestyle characteristics and behavioral characteristics.Based on the graphic design of information and user's cognition,the relation model of user characteristic and information graphical is defined by the explicit design of knowledge circulation system and user tacit knowledge.Next,the user characteristics extraction method of literature research for household drum washing machine and other industrial products based on the experimental design method and process of user script context based on survey research methods,and puts forward the design strategy of domestic drum washing machine graphical information based on user characteristics.Finally,through the case design,verify the rationality and feasibility of the design strategy.The significance of this paper is that determine the research category of user characteristics covering demographic characteristics,lifestyle and behavior characteristics through theoretical study and experimental extraction and put forward the design strategy of information graphics based on user characteristics which provide design guidelines for graphic design practice with the purpose of efficient information communication and slow down information anxiety.
