Design Of Automatic Air Conditioning System For Heavy Truck

With economic growth,Automobile production and sales amount of China is increasing rapidly year by year,more and more consumers begin to use cars.Except for the basic demand of transport,people are paying more attention to comfort of vehicles.As the most primary component for auto air adjustment,car air conditioning system has been paid more and more attention about its comfort.Therefore the present domestic passenger car air-conditioning system unit rate is 100%,commercial air-conditioning unit rate has exceeded 90%,The performance and compfort has been one of the most important factors for customers to choose car.This article is based on cooling load calculation of the air conditioning system of a heavy truck,and provides a new project of air conditioning system which could meet the real demands.According to the theory calculation of matching,controller,compressor,blower,expansion valve,evaporator and condenser were chosen.The new air conditioning system would be conducted a cooling test to validate design effect.By contrast,theoretical basis for optimization design of air conditioning system was provided.As a result,drivers and passengers would have more comfort transport environment.Through reasonable calculation for the cooling load of the air conditioning system,the basic of reasonable design,choice,and matching of air conditioning system could be provided,as well as calculation and analysis of the component parts of cooling load.The influence of various factors on the cooling load would be discussed to seek the ways and methods to reduce air conditioning cooling load,thereby the efficiency of the air conditioning system would be improved,and the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction would be achieved.The main content of the design include: the calculation of automobile cooling load;the design of air conditioning controller;the choice of compressor and expansion valve;the design and calculation of air conditioning evaporator;the design and calculation of air conditioner condenser.
