| This topic comes from the innovation design project of Haier heavy truck living cabin.During the project research process, the design direction of the overhead air conditioner for the cockpit of logistics-type heavy trucks is proposed. In the research on the air conditioning of logistics heavy-duty trucks,it is found that the car’s own air conditioning has not yet met the basic needs of drivers and passengers for the thermal environment of the cockpit when parking. On the other hand, the quality of air-conditioning products currently used in the cockpit of heavy trucks is uneven, and the products lack guarantees in many aspects such as reliability, safety, and applicability. Therefore, based on the above analysis, this topic will deeply study the air-conditioning system for the cockpit of logistics-type heavy trucks. This topic focuses on the system constructed by the cockpit environment, the air conditioning products, and the driver and passenger.Firstly, the air environment of the cockpit of the logistics-type heavy truck is studied, and the current situation of the thermal environment and air quality of the cockpit is mainly investigated through the literature research method, and various influencing factors related to the air comfort in the cabin are analyzed. Then based on the actual air situation, exploring the air conditioning methods and use defects of the cockpit of logistics heavy trucks.Secondly, through on-the-spot investigation,semi-structured interviews, and literature research, extensive research was conducted on the activity trajectories and lifestyles of drivers and passengers under travel and station conditions.Mainly carry out research on target users in four aspects: basic social characteristics, driving lifestyle,in-cabin activity rules and air environment adaptive behavior.Combined with the characteristics of the cockpit operating environment, the limiting factors affecting air conditioning are further explored.Once again, the fluent fluid software is used to simulate the use of air conditioners under ideal conditions, and the influence of the existing mainstream air conditioning air supply methods on thermal comfort is deeply explored, paving the way for the optimization of the air supply mode of the cockpit air conditioning system of the logistics heavy truck.Based on the above research conclusions, the air conditioning design requirements in the cockpit environment are refined and the design opportunities are summarized, and the heavy truck cockpit air conditioning functional system is initially constructed, and the feasibility of the functional combination is verified through the structure.According to the conversion results of user needs, the appropriate air supply technology is discussed, and the air conditioning design scheme assumptions are initially proposed, and the research results are put into design practice. Finally, according to the design points, the design evaluation method of the air conditioning system of the logistics-type heavy truck vehicle is formulated, the schemes are evaluated and compared, the optimal scheme is further designed. This topic is centered on solving the main contradiction between the thermal comfort of the cockpit and the economical use of the air conditioner when the vehicle is parked and resting, and conducting a systematic optimization study on the air conditioning system. At the same time,it is expected that the air-conditioning optimization research based on the life style of driving and passenger users can help companies and related scholars make new progress in air-conditioning research and development in special environments. |
