Research On The Post Occupancy Evaluation In The Community Parks

Nowadays,the pros and cons of living environment has gradually become the social concerns,as the main body of the living environment is an important part of community park,for residents' daily life have a direct impact.Some current has been built by the community park often has many problems,the unreasonable landscape design planning often can indirectly affect the whole community vitality and cohesion,the phenomenon is due to the lack of details for community park in the design process considerations,for the user's needs and behavior rule is considered,the community park was often become a mere formality,can't do really close to the people,service to the people.Current research on community parks often guides the case through design theory,often without a focus on the user's real needs.So in order to improve the user's satisfaction,better serve the users,the paper adopts the model of Post Occupancy Evaluation,the research method of the function of community park,using condition and the factors that affect the user satisfaction for analysis and evaluation,to select the three urban community in tianjin park: Renaissance zhongshan gate park,park,south park,through a series of research evaluation analysis,explore the users concerned about the elements in the park,and each factor's influence on the park overall evaluation,to refine the community park optimization design factors.Through the ascending community park use optimization Suggestions,namely in park design should fully carry out "people-oriented" concept,rational configuration of plant landscape,improve ecosystem park,reasonable planning and functional zoning,satisfy user activity diversity,perfecting service facilities,better promote the hardware level,pay attention to management and maintenance,allowing users to participate and enhance the cultural park,show the features of regional culture.The results of this study can provide the basis for future community park construction planning.
