At present, there is little evaluation of Industrial Park in our country, but it is very important to the design and management. So it is necessary to do post occupancy evaluation.This paper introduce the relate concept of city post-industrial park at first, then introduce the development of city post-industrial park. The paper expound post occupancy evaluation, include its concept advantage?practice. On the base, build the evaluation.This paper use POE to study the Chengdu East Memory Park. Through the establishment of evaluation model, and to find out its advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide reference for the design of city post-industrial park. Through participatory observation, behavior observation, interview, document analysis of the data collection, questionnaire and scale were methods of investigation and study.Concern the disadvantage of Chengdu East Memory Park, puts forward some suggestions to improve the following aspects:increasing the number and variety of Eastern Memory Park activities, equilibrium set consumer prices, set the appropriate fitness facilities, appropriate to increase the number of plants, increase the barrier free design. Also through the analysis and summary of Chengdu East Memory Park survey, suggests the transformation design optimization of Industrial Park of the city. Such as pay attention to keep and reuse industrial buildings creative design?personalized design, pay attention to city post-industrial management, emphasis on building nature landscape.
