The Reference And Application Of New Urbanism In Beautiful Village Construction Under The Ney-type Unbanization

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of urbanization level,the construction of beautiful countryside in our country is constantly improving.Rural construction is in a state of prosperity,ushering in a new era of rapid rural development,and it seems that the "return of the rural era" seems to be felt.With the construction of beautiful villages all over the country,more and more problems have arisen.New rural urbanization under the urgent development and construction of many rural construction emerged many problems: blindly copy urban construction,rural environment's destruction,rural development boundary spread chaos,poor quality of space,layout structure's disordered and so on,many villages' planning and construction are over-commercialized,it makes rural exists as the urban's attachment product;Many rural planning and construction of guiding policies take rural construction to the high efficiency,low cost,standardization mode of "industrialization" construction,which are going away from the traditional Chinese rural construction mode,lead to the development of traditional villages for hundreds of years replaced by the construction of modernization and lost historical identity.In this context,the country puts forward the beautiful countryside construction,the current beautiful countryside construction is not only the important component part of the new urbanization,but also the important aspect of our academic research.This paper referented and applicated New Urbanism theoty,studied and analysed the beautiful village construction of the JiaoDong peninsula in ShanDong province,at the same time,combined with the analyze of actual case,in order to get the sublimation of theory and practice of the application.The paper is divided into four parts,the first chapter take the rural construction since the 20 th century in our country as the background,introduced the related concepts,research scope,related research and practice at home and abroad,research methods and research framework.The second chapter expounds the related theories of the new urbanism,including the theoretical foundation of the new urbanism,the new urbanism theory framework,and combining the related practice cases studied the planning and design method of the new urbanism,in the final,analysis the spatial scope of research papers,the JiaoDong peninsula's beautiful rural construction's present situation,combined with the status quo elaborated the meaning of referent and applicte New Urbanism theory in beautiful rural construction.The third chapter from five aspects: the overall regional planning and development,walking and public transport priority traffic system development,the public space environment design of a pleasant,diversified rural space function,the rural regional inheritance and continuation,combined with the design concept of the new urbanism and strategy,emphatically introduced the design method and strategy in the beautiful countryside construction.The fourth chapter uesd the planning project of phoenix village which is in JinKou town of JiMo city as an example,take the design methoeds of the beautiful village construction which is under the guidance of New Urban to the actual village planning and construction,further discussed the the design methoeds of the beautiful village construction which are pleasant on construction,respecting nature,beautiful countryside with the regional characteristic,under the guidance of the new urbanism,and combined with the specific implementation,verified the theory's enforceability and necessity...
