Research On The Communicating Space Design Of City Middle School Teaching Architecture

As part of urban space,the spatial characteristics and the "place" feature of waterfront space contain a large number of cultural genes in urban space.At the same time,it is also an important aspect that should be paid attention to in the subject of architecture and urban planning.Under the background of rapid urban development and intensified urban transformation in China,many traditional waterfront functional spaces,such as shipyards,docks,power facilities and many industrial facilities,have gradually been reduced to “derelict land” and thus developed into “lost space” in the city due to urban industrial upgrading.The reuse of this kind of space is an important subject in academic research,especially in the aspects of urban waste wharf,this is because,on the one hand,urban waterfront wharf generally occupies the most favorable location of the city,and has a large space left behind,site remains are rich in cultural connotations,constitute an important historical memory of industrial civilization;on the other hand,conducting reasonable reconstruction and reuse of urban waste wharf space,making it become an important part of urban space,is of great significance to continue the waterfront waterfront area context,and to enhance the image quality of urban waterfront and the level of urban public service,so that it can serve the urban life.This paper takes the reclamation and reuse of Wheat Island Waste Wharf in Qingdao as the research object,by analyzing the excellent cases of waterfront wharf reconstruction and reuse at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the basic principles and methods of transformation and reuse,and it puts forward some countermeasures for the reconstruction and reuse of Waste Wharf in Qingdao Wheat Island.The paper is divided into five parts.In the first chapter,from the realistic background,it points out the significance of the transformation and reuse of the Waste Wharf in the Wheat Island,and introduces the related concepts,research boundaries,related research at home and abroad,and the research methods and research framework of the paper.The second chapter expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the transformation and reuse of Waste Wharf,including: “Spirit of place” theory,and the important theoretical support related to contemporary "Spirit of place",that is sustainable development strategy,landscape ecology theory and historical heritage protection theory.Combined with the excellent cases of waterfront wharf reconstruction and reuse at home and abroad,it summarizes the design methods of reconstruction and reuse of Waste Wharf.The third chapter,combined with the theory of "Spirit of place",starting from exploration and excavation--creating an active urban open space,the design elements and design principles of urban waste wharf reconstruction and reuse are introduced;from the perspective of functional space system of construction suitability,this paper introduces the mode of urban waste wharf reconstruction and reuse.Under the guidance of "Place" theory,the paper analyzes the transformation and reuse of urban Waste Wharf from three aspects of design elements,design principles and transformation design patterns.The fourth chapter applies the design response of the theoretical research and summary design of the previous paper into the design and practice of reconstruction and reuse of Waste Wharf in Qingdao Wheat Island,it puts forward the design objective and design concept based on the "Place" theory,through reviewing the history of wheat Island wharf,it analyzes the existing problems,the design strategy of reclamation and reuse of waste Wharf in wheat island is put forward,which is supported as an example for demonstration.
