With the gradual rise in electricity demand and the rapid development of the smart grid,it also presents new challenges to the power system operating mode.For the new challenges,we need to improve their grid unit load regulation.Load regulation in terms of the assessment unit,the North China Power Grid response to the national grid requirements,the rules laid down "two rules" clearly put forward the automatic generation control(AGC)metrics.According to the Tianjin Power Grid thermal power unit actual situation,it proposes new measures for responsing the load.This paper introduces the basic situation of Tianjin Junliangcheng power plant the 9th unit and Huaneng port(Tianjin)Gas Thermoelectric 1th unit,and the control system of coal-fired and gas-fired units were introduced,while identifying test AGC adjustment process.According to analyzing the coordination control unit,this paper describes the effects of rate regulation and control unit AGC impression factor.And for the first set of slow AGC adjustment unit and boiler response delay characteristics,this paper proposes to use CCBF control,increase the amount of primary air,increasing the load rate of change and to take effective control measures to optimize.Improving primary air flow methods includes: increased amount of wind feed-forward role in enhancing the combustion rate of the unit,cancel wind coal cross limiting,increasing the amount of fuel control speed and improve control quality boiler side of a secondary air control nonlinear characteristic correction by changing a pressure to achieve change in an amount of wind effect,and ultimately change the response time of the boiler.In order to reduce the delay time,the main ways to increase the rate of change of the load,take this paper is: First take the constant pressure operation mode,simplifying and reducing the load by locking latch trigger conditions improve load response speed,coordination and control to reduce system pressure to pull back role in enhancing the response speed of AGC instruction control unit,reducing latency.In addition,through the boiler master control loop feedforward control with super added AGC load instruction differential correction signal and control strategies to achieve the coal upgrading unit AGC load change response time,optimize the AGC control principle.Finally,two practical unit examples are used to verify the accuracy of the algorithm.It meets the "two rules" requirement.And it has promotional value.
