| In order to correctly evaluate the quality of coal, thermal power plant uses the mechanized equipment of sampling coal, to solve the manual sampling imprecise and labor-intensive, and improve work efficiency. However, the existing market sampling equipment need to build another rack, or ground track. To conveniently and quickly sample the plant-incoming coal, a fast sampling system of plant-incoming coal is designed. First, a sampling head is installed on a modified crane vehicle, all the sampling apparatus can move on the path next to the railway. Sampling head can slide along with installing stents orbit on the crane vehical. Then, electric control of plant-incoming coal sampling system is developed based on program logic control(PLC), hydraulic pressure system theory chart and electromagnet executing order is designed, and the movement process of the all hydraulic pressure component are gained. Finally, the PLC program is developed, the program compiler, debug and running are realized, the result shows which is feasible. |
