With the development and expansion of the power grid structure,the automatic voltage control(AVC)has become an important part of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.For a long time,the reactive power and voltage automatic control of many power grids has already had the basic function.However,with the continuous development of the power grid structure,the voltage control system also put forward higher requirements.In order to adapt to the new grid approach,the development of a set of highly efficient optimization and suitable for municipality's reactive voltage automatic control system is imminent.The reactive power and voltage control system of large-scale municipality power grid is the key to realize the reactive power and voltage optimization of power grid.It not only completes the reactive power and voltage adjustment within the scope of this dispatching,but also needs to coordinate with the upper and lower dispatching power grid.,At the same time,the various divisions within the scope of the dispatch should also be truly coordinated decomposition control,to achieve the best results.In this paper,based on the traditional reactive voltage and voltage automatic control system,from the AVC control mode and control strategy both sides of the study,for partition fixed problem,based on the "soft partition" three-level voltage control mode to solve the hard partition Adapt to the network structure of the problem,to achieve the reactive power voltage control.At the same time,based on 220 kV centralized control station intelligent AVC sub-station control distributed voltage control mode,in the centralized control station automation system in the construction of intelligent AVC substation,substation according to substation operation,automatic calculation can increase or decrease reactive power,the main Station receives the instruction according to the increase or decrease of the reactive power in the sub-station.After receiving the instruction,the sub-station coordinates and controls the three-phase voltage of the substation control unit,and achieves the coordinated control of each side.This method greatly simplifies the modeling and maintenance of the AVC master station,while adapting to the existing equipment scheduling management system.In the aspect of AVC strategy,the paper realizes the bus load forecasting for reactive power and voltage control using linear extrapolation method,and applies the load forecasting data to the AVC system strategy to realize the AVC delay latching logic strategy and solve the traditional reactive voltage control System,a single data,adjust the lag,frequent switching equipment problems.The reactive power and voltage automatic control system researched and developed in this paper has been put into operation in Tianjin Power Company Dispatch Control Center,which realizes the coordinated control of reactive voltage and voltage in various regions,and achieves very good actual results.
