Nowadays Metro has become one of the important components of public transportation.With the growing popularity and rapid construction of the metro,the accidents also occurred.Therefore,the study of metro emergency rescue work is imminent.Compared with the road space,regardless of the road structure or rescue situation,the rescue work of the underground space accident is much more complex,once the accident will cause serious property damage and casualties.Therefore,the common rescue equipment and rescue vehicles are difficult to enter the underground space to work.There are already a lot of car companies have researched and developed kinds of special vehicles so that they can enter into the underground space and handle accidents of the fire.It is foreseeable that these rescue vehicles will become the main fire equipment of the metro.In this paper,a rapid and efficient concept of emergency rescue is put forward,and the configuration and scheduling of Metro emergency rescue vehicle under network condition are studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the configuration problem and dispatching process of the metro accident rescue vehicles;(2)Applying the hypercube queuing model to evaluate the configuration of the metro emergency rescue vehicles;(3)The approximate algorithm proposed by Larson was used to improve the method of solving the queuing model,which reduced the complexity of the calculation;(4)Established a spatial queuing optimization model with the shortest average response time as the goal;(5)Designed a model algorithm based on genetic algorithm;(6)The optimal model is used as the analysis tool to show its application in the planning and rescue of the metro rescue system.Finally,the optimal configuration scheme of the rescue vehicle is obtained.
