| With the rapid development of the packaging industry,the demand for pasting paper is becoming larger and larger.However,,due to thedeformation quantity of the paper product,we must adopt the way of positive and negative stacking in the production process,so that the surface of the productscan be smoothafter steady stacking for a period of time.Many manufacturers have added the turnover mechanism on the laminating machine to realize this function,but there are still many problems in the existing turnover mechanism,such asthelarge space usage,the mismatched speed,the complex structureand the scratch during the overturn.This paper focuses on the problem of the mismatch between the turnover speed and the laminating speed.In view of the problem,this paper compares advantages and disadvantages among theslopingturnover machineof Qingdao Meiguang,the upraisingturnover machineof Wenzhou Yongbang and the swayingturnover machineof Taiwan Dingshun.On the basis of the serial working mode of Taiwan Dingshun,a kind ofparallel modein turnover mechanism is proposed.Based on the determined parallel program,the paper analysesand calculates the displacement,speed and acceleration in a cycle of the pre-turnover mechanism,the front turnover mechanism and the back turnover mechanism using the Five-order polynomial motion,and draws the curves of the displacement,speed and acceleration.Owing to this,the dynamic analysis of the mechanism is carried out,and the maximum force of each key component is obtained.Using ANSYS software to analyze the stress and strain of key components in the overturn mechanism,and the optimal design is carried out.At the same time,on the basis of the existing prototype,some components of the overturn mechanism were tested and the data were handled using spectrum analysis.Instead of the serial mode,the parallel mode can help to increase the speed of the laminating machine by 26% on condition that the requirement for work stability is the same.Innovation point: The paper designs a kind of overturn machine in parallel working mode,saving the waiting time in the process of working and improving the machine efficiency a lot. |
