With the rapid development of the packaging industry, market demand forlarge-format and high speed laminating machine is increasing, but thelarge-format laminating machine on the market at present mainly aresemi-automatic or automatic at low speed. Factors influencing the speed oflarge-format laminating machine mainly has two,one is push-gauge conveypaper at a high speed, pile-up paper may easy occur; the other is the positionerror between the surface paper and the bottom paper would increase with theincrease of velocity. In order to further improve the speed and performance oflarge-format laminating machine, this paper mainly aimed at the two problems,provide theoretical basis for improving speed.This paper mainly content is as follows:1.Through research on the working principle of the laminating machine,got the speed relationship of the transmission body and pressing body, whichprovides a theoretical basis for the design of control system for large-formatlaminating machine.2.Through analysis the structure of the laminating machine, design thedrive shaft, wallboard, etc, main parts to adapt to the large-format,and drawthe three-dimensional model, fulfill the virtual prototype.3.Through analyzing the dynamics surface paper conveying mechanismof the virtual prototype, it is concluded that the curve control scheme which hasminimal impact, ensure transmit smooth, precision can reach+/-0.2mm.4.Based on modal analysis the conveying chain of surface paper part ofthe virtual prototype, and got the first order natural frequency of the chain,compared with the mode of chain wheel shaft, the natural frequency of thechain and natural frequency of the sprocket shaft has no intersection, won’tproduce resonance.5.Through test and analysis the dynamic signal of entity prototype, foundthe dynamic characteristic is consistent with the theoretical analysis and proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Innovation points:1. Proposed a new method of push-paper with variablespeed, can significantly increase the stability of paper delivery and workingspeed.2. The servo mechanism to replace the traditional harmonic gear phaseadjusting mechanism, greatly improve the adaptability of the paper.
