Electrical Control Design Of Transmission System Of Full-Automatic Flute Laminating Machine

At present, there are disparities between laminating machine made in China andwhich made in western countries. The causes of this disparity are in many aspects.The main reason is that in our country there is a certain gap on the mechanicalmanufacturing process, material selection and manufacture compared with theinternational advanced level.Another important factor affecting the laminating speed is the size and weight ofpaper. The greater the size is, the smaller the weight is, the lower the limit speed oflaminating machine is. This is because when machine’s working speed is too fast, thestrength on the upper paper at the moment of paper forward device touching it is toomuch so that the paper bends. In order to solve the problem, use servo motor toachieve smooth motion, which can reduce the velocity that the time the flute touchingupper paper so that avoid the upper paper bending. Then let the paper go anaccelerated motion in order to catch up with average speed, so as to realize the paperlaminated in a more high-speed cases in a smoothly way. Designs an electricalcontrol system for laminating machine, designs and calculates a speed curve to meetthe requirements. Tested and debugged in the field. The result shows, under thecondition of ensuring the precision, this system has effectively avoided the paperbending and improved the working speed of laminating machine.
