Study On The Situation Analysis And Management Mode Of Rural Road Traffic Safety

Rural road traffic construction is one of the basic conditions to solve the "Three Rural Issue",rural road traffic safety is related to people's livelihood,has important value and research significance;with the construction of new rural areas continue to improve,in recent years,rural road network More and more large,the popularity of transport,road traffic in rural areas continue to bring development and convenience,but also brought an increasing number of security risks.The proportion of accidents in the rural areas is increasing,and the occurrence of the deceased accidents has caused great losses to the rural families and the social economy.Many rural families have returned to poverty due to the accident.Reducing road traffic accidents in rural areas to strengthen road safety precautions is an urgent task.China's road traffic safety after years of renovation,funds continue to invest in road infrastructure construction,rural road traffic safety has been improved.Fujian Province in 2013 launched a three-year road safety project,Putian City in recent years mainly through the increase in road transport facilities,reduce traffic accidents.How to further decline in the death of the accident,through the construction of these hardware has not much room for improvement.Therefore,the study of new management model,to further decline in traffic accident accident rate has important practical significance.This paper aims to explore the practical management model suitable for rural road safety through the study of Putian's innovative road safety management model,which is intended to carry out national promotion.In this paper,the literature survey method,SPSS analysis,case analysis of these methods to study.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter and the second chapter using the literature survey method,analysis of China's rural road traffic safety status and background.Through the domestic and foreign research literature,to find the theoretical basis of this article,to understand the domestic and foreign rural road traffic safety management research progress.In the third chapter and the fourth chapter,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural road traffic in Putian City by analyzing the data provided by Putian City traffic police detachment by using SPSS analysis method,analyzing the current situation of rural road traffic safety in Putian,and the existence of rural road traffic safety in Putian The main factors that affect the road traffic safety.Through this part of the study,found that traffic accidents in Putian mainly due to human and other factors caused by illegal.In the final analysis,it is still a weak sense of road traffic safety,lack of management,lack of effective control of rural road traffic participants.The fifth chapter analyzes the shortcomings of the existing urban road traffic safety management in Putian by using the case analysis method,compares the domestic advanced management mode,and introduces the innovation of Putian's current management mode.In the sixth chapter,combined with the research of this paper,according to the existing problems,the influencing factors,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,First of all,to eliminate the source of the impact of the accident,which is necessary to strengthen Taoism propaganda and education,strict driving test training system to improve people's awareness of traffic safety.Second,we must strengthen the normal management of rural traffic behavior,and fully mobilize grassroots organizations,increase penalties,strengthen the mandatory measures for scrap vehicles,the formation of long-term management.Once again,continue to increase investment and maintenance of road safety facilities in rural areas.Finally,to strengthen the application of science and technology in rural traffic management,focusing on improving the response speed of ex post control,through large data mining,strengthen the forecasting ability,optimize the countermeasures and suggestions.
