The electronic accelerator pedal is the core component of the automotive fuel control system.The electronic accelerator pedal production line of the cooperative company is taken as the research object.The electronic accelerator pedal test bench which restricts the production efficiency of electronic accelerator pedal production line is redesigned and developed.According to the status of informatization construction of electronic accelerator pedal production line,the system architecture for centralized visualization monitoring and management of multiple production lines is proposed.And the production monitoring system is developed.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1.The overall program of the production line system design is designed firstly according to the status of enterprise electronic accelerator pedal production line.Based on the functional requirements analysis of the electronic accelerator pedal performance tester,the overall design of the test bench is made from three aspects:the structure,the hardware and the software.The overall structure of the production monitoring system is proposed.The subsystems are divided according to the functions and application requirements.The architectures of the visual monitoring subsystem and the operation plan management subsystem are determined.The key technologies involved in the development process of the electronic throttle production line and the monitoring system are studied,including the development technology of the detector based on the automatic detection,the output voltage calibration technique based on the radial basis function-particle swarm optimization algorithm,the visualization monitoring technology and production scheduling technology based on the production capacity.2.Then according to the working principle,mechanical testing indicators and electrical testing indicators of electronic accelerator pedal,electronic accelerator pedal test bench structure is designed combined with its structural characteristics.The hardware system of the test bench is designed from the aspects of motion control,data acquisition and Hall programming by the calibration and lock of the electronic accelerator pedal position sensor and analyzing the performance detection process.3.The software system of the test bench is detailed designed according to the detection requirements of the electronic accelerator pedal and the control requirements of the test bench.The radial basis function neural network-particle swarm algorithm is used to calibrate and optimize the voltage output characteristics.4.The visual module is developed which achieving the 3D visual monitoring and 3D animation simulation display of the production line.The chart control is applied to the production data analysis module enabling the visualization of the production data.Two systems for visual monitoring and job planning management are developed.5.Finally the reliability of the parameter calibration and the mechanical and electrical testing process of the electronic accelerator pedal test bench is tested and verified according to the enterprise standard.The operating environment of the production monitoring system is equipped.And the functional modules of the two subsystems are tested and verified according to the functional test methods.
