Aiming at the requirement for the real-time monitoring in the automotive electronics production line,the intelligent production for the shifting assembly line and accelerator pedal is used as samples to study and develop the virtual intelligent system for the production line,including the three dimension virtual modeling,the design and implementation of real-time data driven of production line and product performance testing.The node sequence is configured to realize the three dimension virtual modeling.By the combination of the engine and nesting,the virtual production line movement is driven.An automatic determination algorithm is also used for the inflection point of trampling force,which analyze the mechanical properties of electronic accelerator pedals.The three main aspects in the research content of this paper are listed as follows:(1)Based on virtual mapping for the actual production line,a set of graphics division and organization program are designed.A universal model of the import method and corresponding data specification is proposed.The actual production line is completely reflected by the virtual production line.(2)Real time mapping for the virtual production line.A virtual production line synchronous display program is developed.Acting the validated real-time data of PLC and sensor on virtual production line,The real time movement of real production line is mapped by the virtual production line.(3)According to the Mechanical properties curve of electronic throttle pedal,a set of automatic determination algorithm for the inflection point of discrete data is designed.Based on median filter and mean filter,pedal force discrete data points is smoothed.Based on the inflection point automatic determination algorithm,the product eigenvalue is obtained.
