Eco-hotel a stylish hotel model with combination of garden art,natural beauty and traditional hotel service is a place for customers not only to eating and living in,but also to enjoy the beauty of nature,experience the fun of food,and practice the love and protection of natural environment.While eco-hotel has its natural advantages,not only the name of the name of the first green to earn high profits,but not for the sake of customers,because they are still eco-hotel,the hotel was part of a business,it would have no exceptions need to follow the "customer first" principle,moreover,over time,more and more eco-hotel to join the competition,for the ecological quality of the hotel service request is a matter of course,and the service quality is good or bad most have a say or consumers,the study eco-hotel customer perceived service quality is imminent,then,first of all need to explore factors must be eco-hotel customer perceived service quality of which,the impact of these factors on eco-hotel customer perception how,on the basis of this article,the "eco-hotel customer perceived service quality influencing factors" in the title,it is necessary to expand the empirical research and meaningful.The main contents of this paper are:by existing studies systematic literature review,research status clearly perceived hotel quality service,the vacancy discovery research,and construction of the theoretical model used in this study from the literature review.In the literature review on the basis of the behavior of the hotel's green practices,staff attitude,hotel pricing,hotel decoration environment,consumer brand awareness to sort out,and based on existing research affect consumer perception of service quality dimensions.Document selected hotels carding practice green behavior,staff attitude,hotel pricing,hotel decoration environment,consumer brand awareness of the scale of this study and,if necessary,the existing scale appropriate amendments.After the combination of the selected scale and design scene design complete questionnaires using the questionnaire on consumer surveys to collect data.According to the survey data,the use of SPSS]9.0 software for data processing and analysis by regression analysis,principal component analysis.The results of the data analysis were summarized on how to improve the quality of service the hotel offers some suggestions.Finally,the lack of this study and future research directions were discussed.The main contribution of this paper is to use the SPSS statistical analysis software to quantitatively analyze the factors that affect the quality of the resettlement service of the eco-hotel customers,and provide the effective management measures for the ecological hotels,reference.In this paper,the lack of research is due to the objective conditions,the questionnaire did not get enough sample data,the results of statistical analysis have a certain impact;the second is due to the author's knowledge reserves and writing level constraints,the subject of research is not deep,Especially in the model and data processing,there are still some problems,need to be further modified and improved.With the future development of science and technology and society,people's demand for services will be higher and higher,to improve the quality of eco-hotel customers perceived service to win more customers,increase market competitiveness is of great significance,therefore,based on this study As a result,we hope that eco-hotels can take relevan-t suggestions to improve the factors that affect the quality of customer perception of eco-hotel customers.
