Research On The Semi-urbanized Regional Planning Strategy From The Perspective Of Sustainable Livelihood

In the process of urbanization in the past three decades,the expansion of the city has led to the emergence of a special group of people-landless peasants.At the same time,the improper compensation for relocation has led to such as unemployment,marginalization,squandering and other social problem which had been widely concerned.The main reason for this is that the rapid conversion of identity causes the majority of farmers to lose their livelihoods strategy in the city.Therefore,this thesis takes the sustainable livelihood of the villagers as a research perspective,and takes the multi-regional and semi-urbanized areas of the landless peasants as the research objects and responds to the sustainable livelihood needs of the villagers through the form of the planning strategy.First of all,this article emphasizes the importance of ensuring the sustainable livelihood of landless peasants for social justice in urban and rural planning and the humanistic care of urban design,and then introduces the theory of sustainable livelihoods into the research.and cross compares sustainable livelihood framework and contents of the urban planning,finally obtaines ten planning strategies in the natural capital,material capital,human capital,social capital,financial capital fields,and puts it in the Zhuji high lake area urban design project.On the basis of deeply analyzing the present situation,the problems and the development demands of the rural areas in the high lake area,the scheme further adapts the planning strategy and the project conditions,and puts forward the ecological protection,community continuity and employment at the macro level Guidance,flexible facilities,resettlement compensation and other innovative measures to build a new livelihood framework for the villagers to provide a good environmental support and development opportunities.At the micro level,according to the actual conditions,the thesis provides different livelihood capital-oriented sustainable livelihood development framework for the two types of villages developed under.At the policy level,the scheme makes a special feedback to Zhuji existing planning system,and hope to establish a multi-pool platform for high-lake projects to ensure the implementation of planning.Finally,the study further concludes the working methods of planning and design of Zhuji high lake area from the perspective of sustainable livelihoods,which provides reference and inspiration for the development of semi-urbanized areas with similar conditions in China other cities.
