Conventional instruments are used in the traditionally control of in-situ leaching mines,they are dominated by manual control,and relay on the experience of operating workers.In this way,it leads to the unstable purity of uranium extraction,low labor productivity and relatively scattered information.It is only applicable to in-situ leaching mines with small production scale and simple process[1].Nowadays,with the continuous development of uranium mining and metallurgy technology of our country,the scale of in-situ leaching mines has continuously expanded,and their controls of the management and the equipment are facing severe challenges.Traditional control methods can no longer meet the needs of complex production.In order to improve the reliability of the system,increase economic efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and reduce the labor intensity[2]of the workers,advanced automatic control technology and equipment must be used to design the in-situ leaching mines with fully automatic control[1].The system designs a control system suitable for the production processes of in-situ leaching mines according to process requirements,it adopts the new type of intelligent PLC,field bus and Ethernet technology,and takes the process of entire in-situ leaching technology as the research object to perform an overall architecture of the system,and to structure the subsystem according to the requires of each part's production process control,so as to complete the automatic control tasks of each process.The distributed control and centralized management of the collected data were conducted by the network,at the same time,it analyzes the operation status of the existing control systems,and it points at the characteristics of the in-situ leaching technology to improve the automation functions to solve the technical difficulties existing in past control systems.and build a holistic,high-level,an automatic control system with demonstrative significance for further improving production efficiency and management efficiency and the aim of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.This article uses the B&R X20 PLC control system to complete the collecting of field data and equipment control,it used the King view configuration software to complete the development of the monitoring system.The Modbus bus is used in the well site control system to realize the remote control of the inverter.Compared with the traditional I/O control mode,this method reduces the construction cost by more than 50%,thus greatly improves the maintainability and expandability of the system.And self-tuning PID is used to realize the self-regulation of drainage flow rate.The pumping flow is automatically adjusted;protection and controlling of the motor effectively reduces equipment damage.The fiber-optic industrial Ethernet ring network is used in the entire system for communication.Each site and each system can communicate with each other,and the reliability of network communication is greatly improved.Friendly monitoring screen of this system can intuitively and dynamically demonstrate the well site production process and the hydrometallurgy process flow.Archiving and trend map of the comprehensive and accurate historical data provide data analysis for the production operations.The report record output instead of manual meter reading.The alarm function guarantees the safe operation of production.The application of this control system has increased labor productivity by70%,and improved the production efficiency and management level of in-situ leaching.
