Textile mill air conditioning as a craft air conditioning is very high to the temperature and humidity of the workshop.Manual adjustment has been unable to meet the requirements of the workshop process.Automatic control technology is used in most of the textile mill,and achieved good energy saving effect.The development of the times requires the textile mills to seek a more intelligent automatic control system applied to the textile mill air conditioning system.It requires the development and research of the temperature and humidity control strategy of air conditioning system in textile mill.This paper mainly tests and analyzes the operation of the automatic control system of a textile factory in Shandong and Xi'an.Before the test,the annual outdoor enthalpy of Xi'an area was tested and analyzed,which lay the foundation for the project.On the basis of this,the basic principle of the air conditioning in the textile factory and the daily operation regulation of the air conditioning in the textile mill are introduced.Test and analysis of air conditioning automatic control system of a textile factory in Shandong concluded that the impact mill fan frequency is mainly controlled by the workshop temperature and outdoor temperature,the air temperature rises to the set value,in order to keep the workshop temperature stable,fan frequency increases;air temperature decreases,fan frequency decreases.The pump frequency is mainly influenced by the relative humidity in the workshop,air relative humidity,the air relative humidity increases,in order to maintain the stability of the relative humidity in the workshop to the set value,the pump frequency will be reduced accordingly;workshop relative humidity decreases,pump frequency increases.Test and analysis of air conditioning system in Xi'an textile factory automatic control,the test data were selected and divided into treatment and general conditions and special conditions,put forward energy-saving scheme and the energy conservation scheme is applied to the actual production process,finally calculate the workshop annual electricity savings of about 156710 yuan.In the process of analysis and test data,it is found that the textile factory air conditioning automatic control system in summer and winter only mode model,analyze the impact of the day outside the chamber enthalpy on air temperature and humidity,and the energy consumption are analyzed,pointed out that the textile factory air conditioning automatic control system can be divided into single by month the summer and winter mode should be based on the outdoor enthalpy value control model of different workshop.The outdoor weather all year air conditioning can be based on the enthalpy different divided into five regions,a detailed analysis of five enthalpy area,and analyzed the different enthalpy area corresponding to different temperature and humidity control strategy.
