This paper briefly introduces the basic principle of textile air conditioning and the main equipment on which it depends,and briefly introduces the PLC automatic control system and the current situation of its combination with textile air conditioning.The air conditioning of textile mill as a craft air conditioning is a high requirement for the temperature and humidity of the workshop,and the automatic control system on the market is more or less deficient in accuracy and energy-saving.This article test and analysis every major component of textile air conditioning such as fan,water pump and wind valve in different seasons and special working conditions,and study its effect in the system in different working conditions.It is concluded that the fan is dominant in temperature control,and the water pump and air valve mainly adjust humidity.This paper tests and studies the air conditioning control system of a textile mill in xi 'an in different seasons and special conditions.This paper puts forward the deficiencies of the present automatic control system and the improvement plan,and compares the energy consumption.If the improvement of the secondary air return system in winter applied to the textile mill,it can be calculated that the daily energy saving of the workshop is about 650 k W.h.H;It is suggested that when the equipment performance is not up to the standard,the air humidity should be ensured firstly though it may sacrifice temperature control accuracy;The use of spray should be ensured in summer and by increasing the air temperature difference to reduce air output.It can meet the requirement of indoor temperature and humidity and save about25.5 k W power relative to the current pump intermittent start-stop working mode.At the same time,programming to avoid repeated start-stop phenomena of the pump should be developed.Rainy weather cannot blindly adopt the whole new wind to send the wind,the outdoor temperature is not high,the air moisture content is not high,in order to meet the indoor humidity demand will increase the water pump frequency,but increase the energy consumption.In rainy weather it cannot blindly adopt the whole new wind to send the wind.If the outdoor temperature is not high and the air moisture content is not high as well,in order to meet the indoor humidity demand,it will increase the water pump frequency and increase the energy consumption.In view of the shortage of air conditioning control system in textile mills,a new control principle of air conditioning coordinately control system in textile factory is put forward.The control thinking can be simplified.Coordinate the air volume required for indoor cooling load and wet load.The balance between control accuracy,control rate and energy consumption is found.Reasonably set the time delay of the device's start and stop.The use of alarm and manual control mode enables the system to be better suited to different use requirements in different regions.The actual situation of indoor and outdoor air is estimated by the load of equipment,and the control method is adjusted to better cope with the changes of equipment performance caused by aging of equipment.Finally,the paper puts forward the direction of there search of control system of temperature and humidity control,and it also puts forward the deficiency of the nowadays research,and puts forward the prospect of the air conditioning control system of the textile mill in the future.
