The demand for textiles is increasing with the development of society,which makes the textile industry occupy an increasing share in the real economy system of our country.As a traditional pillar industry in China's real economic system,it has not been in China's foreign economic competition.Alternative status.The development of the textile industry is facing fierce competition,not only to face the pressure of the international market,but also in the quality of products on a qualitative breakthrough to meet the current consumer demand for high-quality textiles.The main factor to ensure the quality of textiles is the internal environment of the workshop,mainly for the workshop temperature and humidity,but the workshop process has different temperature and humidity requirements,so in the textile production to meet the different workshop temperature and humidity parameters is the weight of business management In the weight,so that product quality can be guaranteed.In the case of ensuring that the original airflow structure of the workshop is unchanged,only the air curtain is added in the workshop walkway,and the numerical simulation is used to calculate and the data period is short and the effect is obvious,so that the numerical simulation method is more Widely used.In this paper,air curtains are added to the inside walkways of combing and roughing workshops.Airpak software is used to simulate the airflow inside combing and roughing.The turbulence flow model is k-? two equations,The temperature and humidity fields and velocity field images.In order to make the air curtain strip cut off better,the method used in this paper is to control the variable method.According to the empirical formula,the critical wind speed of the air curtain in the workshop is within the range compared with the optimal air curtain wind speed.The air temperature of the air curtain is 0.2 m,0.25 m and 0.3 m,respectively,and the temperature and humidity fields inside the workshop are analyzed after numerical simulation..For the textile mill combing workshop and adjacent and rough workshop requires different relative humidity requirements,the implementation of physical partition affect the workshop environment and semi-finished product transport situation.In this paper,the use of low-speed thick airflow air curtain between the process to split,to achieve different areas of the humidity zone air-conditioning.Through the numerical simulation and empirical formula calculation and analysis,the effect of the low speed thick airflow air curtain on the combing and drawing frame process workshop of relative humidity transverse segmentation results.The results show that when the width of the air curtain is 0.04 m,the width of the nozzle is 0.3 m and the nozzle velocity is 5 m/s,the relative humidity inside the workshop is obviously stratified,and the relative humidity inside the workshop is relatively stable,better meet the production requirements.
