Textile air conditioning automatic control system can not only adjust the air conditioning equipment more quickly and accurately for meeting the needs of the workshop temperature and humidity, but also can make the air conditioning system run more efficient and energy saving.However, there are still some problems in the current control system of textile air conditioning system. For example, in the premise of ensuring the energy saving operation of the air-conditioning system, the adjustment of the workshop environment is not timely and effective, and energy saving operation of air conditioning system has been sacrificed to meet the requirements of temperature and humidity in the workshop.So, how to make the air conditioning system running energy efficient is the key problem to be solved urgently in the textile air conditioning system.PLC automatic control technology can be programmed according to the specific requirements of the production workshop, and has the advantages of simple operation, high precision.And it is widely applied in the air conditioning system.In this paper, MITSUBISHI SW8D5C-GPPW-C series PLC programming software are selected, and the occasion of the application and the characteristics are briefly introduced.According to the step of the air-conditioning system adjustment, it is transformed into the ladder diagram language to achieve the air conditioning control system programming design.The test and data analysis of the air conditioning automatic control system are making in two textile mills in the Dezhou,Shandong province and Xi’an.Firstly, collecting the operation data of the automatic control system for air conditioning system, including the fan operating frequency, water pump frequency operation, the air window open degree and the temperature and humidity of the workshop and other related parameters.Secondly, the test data is divided into general operating conditions and special conditions to select by combining Excel with enthalpy humidity chart. Finally, the data are calculated and analyzed from the three aspects of validity, energy saving and accuracy, and the operating conditions of the air conditioning automatic control system are analyzed and evaluated.In this paper air conditioning automatic control system model of the spinning workshop of textile mill is established,designed and programmed.Based on the "increase small and reduce large" and "humidity priority" two principles,operation plan of air conditioning automatic control system is made in spinning workshop, and it was compiled into a PLC ladder diagram language program.
