Power quality detection device is used to detect power quality and slove the power quality problems widely,however,the size of device is too lagre and the price is too high.When the device works,the internal structure is complex with strong and weak current.There maybe some safety problems because the device is closed,so it needs to have a monitoring device in the internal,and a host computer is uesd to track and observe in the external.To solve these problems,a working state monitor of analog power supply for solving power quality problems is proposed.This device can monitor the working state of the voltage quality disturbances generating device constantly and can be used in other fields with using wireless,so it has an important role in practical applications.The monitor is composed of a monitoring unit and a Lab VIEW client display unit.The monitoring unit,which has the function of data acquisition and transmission,is used to monitor the working state of the voltage quality disturbances generating device.The state data transfer to Lab VIEW software by Wi-Fi.It is composed of the wireless video monitoring unit based on STM32,the wireless fan,the motor monitoring unit based on C8051F340.The former mainly include STM32 minimum system,the camera acquisition module and the MR-09 wireless module.The latter mainly includes the C8051F340 minimum system,the HLK-RM04,temperature and the humidity acquisition system,the relay control system and the motor control system.The Lab VIEW client display unit is used for receiving the video,temperature,and the humidity datas,and achieving real-time data displayed,saved,and other functions.And that a control command can be sent to control the fan and the movement of the guide rails.During the period of designing,the internal wiring of the device is complex,and the device is not far from the display unit.By using Wi-Fi,the advantages of no wiring,the drawbacks of complex wiring can be removed.Considering the disturbance and the threat of temperature and humidity of the device,so the temperature and humidity sensor is added to.If the inside of the device is abnormal,the relay is added to control the fan.In order to observe all aspects of the internal environment of the device,the mobile platform,together with the device of video capture form the whole monitoring system is designed.This design use the mechanism which separates the video surveillance and other functions,it can be controlled respectively and works in harmony,which avoids the trouble caused by the wire winding while the monitor moving greatly.This paper supported by practical scientific research projects,and a set of working state including data acquisition,wireless transmission and PC control display are designed.Firstly the background,and current research situation of the issue are introduced.And then the overall program are designed the system hardware is determined,which includes the video monitoring unit,the fan and the motor monitoring unit and the MR-09 wireless transmission.Then,the three modules of the schematic,PCB and the welding materials are designed,and the system software is completed.Finally,after testing each module,the debugging of the software and hardware are finished,all functions can achieve the desired results,the client's video is clearly and smoothly,and the other functions work properly,so the purpose of monitoring the working status is achieved.
