Study On Progress Schedule And Control Forthe TLJ Housing Settlement Project In Harbin

This paper studied the progress schedule and control of TLJ housing settlement project by means of the theory and method of project schedule management.The project is an important people’s livelihood project in Harbin and a strategic planning project.It has huge role of carrying through the “zhongxing” strategy.And it also has great effect on relocation residents’ production and living whether this project can be finished on time.So this paper research on this housing settlement project schedule and control problem that has important practical significance.This paper researched on TLJ housing settlement project progress schedule and control,basing on the analysis of the TLJ housing settlement project basic situation,and the project schedule management related literature at home and abroad.First of all,this paper outlined the project plan by means of Work Breakdown Structure,estimated the work time of the project,and drew a project network diagram,and made the project progress plan,and optimized the project schedule using the critical path method.Furthermore,this paper determined the project progress control objectives,through the analysis of the influencing factors of TLJ housing settlement project construction schedule.This paper made the dynamic monitoring of the project schedule control during the preparation stage,construction stage and acceptance stage.And this paper used the S curve comparison method and the earned value method for deviation analysis.Last but not least,in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the TLJ housing settlement project,this paper proposed the safeguard measurements from four aspects,such as strengthening management project organization,improving ability of resource allocation and control,strengthening technical project management,and strengthening organizational information communication.
