Architectural design standard,construction measures and other factors are strengthened with the revision and perfection of “Seismic Design Code”,which make anti-earthquake ability of buildings improved strongly.Aseismic effect of fortification buildings can be seen obvious when earthquake occurred in recent years.But most seismic damage prediction methods we used at present are based on the earthquake disaster data of buildings and engineering facilities without fortification or seismic strengthening collected in Tangshan ?Tonghai earthquake,which have era limitation.And there will have obvious deviation in the prediction result when we use those methods on fortification architecture.Masonry structure is chosen as the study object in this paper,for it is widely distributed in our country.Then,discover problems by research on earthquake damages samples,and use finite element numerical simulation to verify them.Improvement scheme will be put forward after the simulation,with the final conclusion.First,the current seismic damage prediction methods will be classified and summarized.Then,finding the correction factor options can be supplemented after verify seismic damages samples based on Yinzhiqian Determining Method of Structural Vulnerability Analysis according to masonry building.The functional relationship of the number of structural column and real damage levels is preliminary ascertainment after analysis on 12 typical masonry buildings with different construction time and defense intensity while trying to quantified the function relationship,which lay a good foundation for further study.In the following research,choosing the student dormitory of Xuankou middle school as prototype,designing different conditions and making finite element models after comparing the arrangement demand of structural column in 1989/2001/2010 “Seismic Design Code”.Extracting parameter and analysis on each conditions,combining with the prediction result,calculate the correction factor options with different numbers of structural column.Finally,verifing the new structural column correction factor with other seismic damages samples.At last,the realization of 3-dimentional earthquake damage scene is preiminary discussed by real-time simulation of 3D terrain on Yingxiu and 3D IEM parks which based on MultiGen Creator and SuperMap after comparing the current technology of rapid prediction and simulation in this paper.
