Masonry structure has a long history in China,about 90 percent of national infrastructures use masonry materials,In addition,many other office buildings and residential buildings also use brick masonry structures,most of the masonry structures are in the area of six degrees and seven degrees of intensity,and a small percentage of them are located in eight and nine degrees,Such extensive application makes the study of seismic performance of masonry structures especially important.After the wake of the TangShan earthquake in 1976,the structure with the ring-beam and the constructional column was widely regarded by experts and scholars for the improvement of seismic performance of masonry structures,with the revision of several anti-seismic regulations,the construction measures are gradually strengthened,and the masonry seismic capacity has been greatly improved,but at present,the seismic damage prediction methods for masonry structures are mostly summarized by the seismic data of Tonghai earthquake and Tangshan earthquake,for reinforced masonry structure that are subjected to seismic fortification and seismic reinforcement,the results of earthquake damage prediction will suffer great deviation and need to be corrected.This paper studied the case of earthquake damage by the deterministic method of vulnerability analysis in earthquake prediction and found that the prediction results are inconsistent with the actual seismic damage.So we designed different structural measures layout by comparing 89 version,01 version and 10 version of seismic code,Then used finite element software to model and analyze the actual structure and finally corrected the parameters of the deterministic method of vulnerability analysis by the data obtained from the data simulation,obtained the correction matrix and improved the precision of earthquake damage prediction.At first,this paper summarized the domestic and foreign existing earthquake damage prediction method,analyzed their advantages and disadvantages characteristics,then we selected latent structure vulnerability analysis method of uncertainty analysis of Yin Zhiqian as the theoretical basis by combining with the research of structure types of masonry structure,and mainly introduced the deterministic method for vulnerability analysis of Yin Zhiqian.This paper introduced the static and dynamic potential method of earthquake damage matrix and the relationship between the method of Yin and the earthquake damage prediction,of constructional column correction coefficient for subsequent deduction provides a theoretical basis,provided the theoretical basis for the calculation of the modification coefficients of the conformational column.Then,this paper introduced the structural characteristics and characteristics of the masonry structure,and the type of damage in the earthquake damage,and introduced the concept and composition of the constraint masonry and the reasonable destruction mode of the masonry structure,furthermore,we established a functional relationship between the number of structural columns in one single storey and the actual seismic damage index,which layed the groundwork for the following analysis.Finally,this paper selected the research value of Xuankou middle school teacher dormitory in the Wenchuan earthquake as modeling prototype,designed different working conditions and established the finite element modeling by comparing the requirement of the construction column of the seismic standard of 1989,2001 and 2010,moreover,the comparison of modal analysis and empirical formula must be applied to the validity and practicability of modeling,after we got the maximum structure storey draft Angle,we linked the storey draft Angle to seismic damage index,Combined with the revised vulnerability analysis results and the Yin Zhiqian's vulnerability analysis method,then we obtained the correction coefficient matrix of the structural columns under different layers and different constructional columns,finally,improved and supplemented the Yin Zhiqian's method.In addition,we selected a case to check the correctness of correction coefficients of constructional columns.
