| Masonry structures are numerous and widely distributed in rural area of China.Due to the limitation of economic conditions and other factors,the masonry structure in rural areas generally has problems such as uneven material quality and irregular construction,which leads to poor seismic performance.When encountering earthquake disasters,serious damage often occurs,resulting in huge casualties and economic losses.Accurate seismic damage predictions of rural masonry structures are the basic work of earthquake risk assessment and prevention.Building information is the precondition and basis for seismic damage predictions.Traditional information acquisition methods by manual field survey are inefficient and uneconomical.Advanced remote sensing image measurement technology needs to be further improved to solve the problems of restricted data,strong randomness,and diverse structural forms.This paper presents a method of intelligent information acquisition and seismic damage prediction of masonry structures in rural areas based on image recognition and fuzzy inference,specific research work is as follows:(1)The geometric information of rural buildings is measured by means of image measurement combined with remote sensing image technology.At the same time,a large number of data are collected to establish the image data set of rural buildings.The prediction model of rural building structure type based on convolutional neural network image recognition technology is established.Finally,and the accurate identification of masonry structure in rural areas is realized.(2)A method for determining hidden information of masonry structure in rural areas based on fuzzy inference is proposed.Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory and practical engineering experience,this method constructs the fuzzy rules between the material properties,structural information,wall reinforcement and economic income level of rural masonry structure,and the construction years,and establishes the fuzzy inference model,which can effectively extract the hidden information of masonry structure.At the same time,the accurate prediction of wall properties is realized according to the structural geometry information and geographical location.(3)The mechanical model and spatial seismic field suitable for masonry structures in rural areas are established.Through the fitting formula,the obtained building information is converted to the elastic-plastic parameters needed to establish the structural mechanics analysis model,and the monotonic skeleton curve of the wall is superimposed to establish the interlayer hysteresis model of the structure.Based on the site conditions and soil structure information of the target area,a spatial seismic field model considering spatial effect and local site effect is established.(4)The intelligent acquisition of masonry structure information and seismic damage prediction of traditional villages in Inner Mongolia are carried out.Results show that the proposed building information acquisition methods are efficient,and prediction the seismic damage of the rural buildings is accurate. |
