The ship production design,as one of the most important characteristics of modern shipbuilding mode,its development of progressiveness and scientificalness has significant influence on the action about establishment of a modern shipbuilding mod.Many shipyards optimize the ship production design process by introducing 3D design software,Data management software,etc.However,because there are less comparative evaluations,every shipyard is ambiguous about how to improve the production design capacity.In order to follow the call “the evaluation index system of the level of ship building technology” promulgated by the Ministry of industry and information technology,Aim at the production design step of index system,an analysis was developed.To attempt to break traditional evaluation method that it is only sticking at qualitative description and subjective assessment.At last the author designed the ship production design technical ability computer assistant evaluation system.Considering of the real situation of production design in shipyard,this paper cites the framework of production design level from “the evaluation index system of the level of ship building technology” and refines each frame index,including the amount of production design technology people,production design cycle,the rate of three dimensional modeling,the rate of drawing change,the degree of data base complete and production design information level and so on.Analyzing the process of production design,the key technology and the current condition of the shipyard to build capacity evaluation index system of the ship production design.According to the characteristic of the index system and the applicability of appraisal theory,the dissertation makes use of Multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm and Grey Theory to deal with quantitative analysis of quantitative and qualitative indexes separately.Furthermore,combining the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process together to do with the Summary calculation of the weight coefficient index system.Finally quantitative calculation of comprehensive evaluation about the ship production design capacity will be achieved and used to analyze project case.On the basis of the ship production design technical ability evaluation model,applying object-oriented programming and component-oriented,using unified model language(UML)to construct system module,by adopted C/S data frame and C# program language,we finally developed the ship production design technical ability computer assistant evaluation system with the style of windows graphics interface.We realized the assessment work of the ship production design capacity to be finished,which will become reference for the practical engineering application.
