As China continues to enhance the ability of space exploration,a large number of space science experiments have been carried out,in which space life science experiments is particularly striking for its particularity and importance,and space science instruments and equipment is essential to the foundation of space life science research,determines the ability of space life science research.In order to carry out a variety of space with biological experiments,the increasing type of space bioanalytical instruments,the data also presents the resulting multi-source,high diversity and continuity,then how to generate efficiently large amounts of data to instrument in real-time traffic management has become a key issue affecting the performance of the instrument.Therefore,this article is designed based on PCI Express bus space creatures analytical instrument data speed transmission system,achieve multi-module space bioanalytical instrumentation data in real time to receive,store,post-processing and control commands sent to complete space instrumentation biological experiments.Based on the comparative analysis of common systems structure of the network and spatial of real-time and scalability requirements in bio-analytical instruments,select the star structure as the network structure of the system;selection with a high bandwidth,transmission rate,and supports plug and play the third generation bus PCI Express bus as the star structure central node;selection IP Ccore of Xinlinx FPGA to realize PCIE X1 bus standard interface transport card as bioanalytical instruments data transfer card.First,design the driver of PCIE bus transfer card,and use Windriver to develop device drivers of PCIE transmission card,to realize DMA transfers.Then,complete the multi-module bioanalytical instrument control end and interactive software development,implement different modules and control interact of bio-analytical instruments for video transmission,video processing,display and send and receive of control commands and other functions.Finally,build bio-analytical instruments data transmission system on the foundation of simulation platform,and test the design and functionality of the entire system.Test results show that the system is operating normally,to achieve the specified function,and meet the requirements of the technical indicators.
