Hydraulic turbine governing system is an important part of hydroelectric generation unit,its performance directly is referred to power quality.However,hydraulic turbine governing system is a non-minimum phase system,when the conventional PID control method was used in this system,which is difficult to solve its the problem of the contradiction between stability,rapidity and overshoot in different working conditions.In order to solve the actual problem,establishing simulation model of the system on the basis of each part was analyzed and researched.Through the study of control theory,the simulation experiment was carried out by combining the simulation model with different control theory.Hydraulic turbine governing system is the study of this paper,through the introduction of the composition and theory analysis of system,the transfer functions of several subsystems what include hydraulic turbine governor and the controlled object was got,and the mathematical model of all parts of the system was established.PID control theory and fuzzy control theory was studied and the limitation of these two kinds of control technology were analyzed.In order to overcome this limitation,combining these two kinds of control method,fuzzy PID control method was proposed.Based on MATLAB/Simulink environment,the simulation model was respectively established on the basis of conventional PID theory and fuzzy PID control theory of hydraulic turbine governing system,and the simulation experiment was carried out in these condition of no-load frequency tracking and load rejection.According to the result of simulation,it shows that the fuzzy PID control method can provide better control quality,the problem what the conventional PID control method has not met the requirement of rapidity and overshoot that hydraulic turbine governor in different working conditions was solved,it verify the feasibility and superiority of the fuzzy PID control theory that was compared to conventional PID control theory in hydro turbine governing.Through the adoption of TI company's C2000 series TMS320F28335 to achieve function for hydraulic turbine governor,the chip has the characteristics of fast processing speed,rich resources,flexible programming.Design with the DSP as the core of the controller with adaptive ability,from two aspects of hardware and software to design the controller for the system.
