The water-turbine generator set transforms the hydro energy for the electrical energy supplies the production and the life. In the process of the user uses electricity, besides the request to power safe reliable, also has the very strict request to electrical energy quality of the electrical network. According to our country electric power department that electrical network's nominal frequency is 50Hz, big electrical network permission frequency departure for±0.2Hz. Along with power consumer to electrical network quality requirement enhancement, hydroelectric power station when supplies power to the electrical network must guarantee the voltage and the frequency stability, therefore water-turbine generator set's adjustment question receives the people enormous attention. The hydraulic turbine governing system is a misalignment, time-variable, the non-minimum phase system, its dynamics characteristic internal uncertainty and the external environment perturbation polytropic and so on increased the control difficulty. At present, the domestic and foreign hydraulic turbine adjustment rule uses the conventional PID control. However, regarding this kind of system, conventional PID control, because uses the fixed parameter guarantee system to have the best control performance throughout with difficulty under any operating mode, thus does not have the good control effect; And is applied gradually along with the new generation intelligence controller's appearance in each kind of control system, improved control system's performance greatly. Therefore, this article designs one kind of fuzzy PID control system, and through the simulation research, to improve the hydraulic turbine governing system's performance to provide the support theoretically.In the article first elaborated the fuzzy PID control rationale, introduced the fuzzy control principle and the fuzzy PID controller's structure and the design procedure. Then has analyzed the hydraulic turbine governing system's composition, the structure and so on basic situation, introduced the hydraulic turbine governing system's principle of work and the work process, establish the hydraulic turbine governing system's mathematical model. Based on this, designed has been suitable for the hydraulic turbine governing system's fuzzy PID controller, then carried on the simulation using Matlab and has carried on the multianalysis comparison to the control effect.The simulation result indicated that based on the fuzzy PID control's frequency control process, the system response curve overswing which obtains is minimum, has the strong noise-immune dynamic energy, the adjustable speed the regulating process and is quickly steady, has the good adjustment quality, compares with the conventional routes displays a stronger robustness, is one effective control method. Because this controller is quite easy in the microcomputer control system to realize, this controller will have the very broad application prospect in the industrial control system.
