| Affected by the moving ship,the marine steam supply system needs to change the running state frequently and lift load quickly,which require more to the performance of the entire system.Also the struct of steam supply system is complicated,the subsystems are numerous,and every subsystem’s inner has the characteristic of nonlinear,non-coupling,large inertia and delay.Recently,a great deal of papers in Home and abroad gives the priority to the performance simulation,few of steam supply system matching.it exists the phenomenon that the ignority to the heat convection in the chamber of a stove or furnace,the heat transfer coefficient’s choice is decided by experience,which leads to the precision accuracy of the simulated system.So building up a simulation model in mechanism and setting up a marine steam supply system simulated software to study the control strategy and make the system running reliably are necessary and stringent.Based on the basic equation and simulink software,this paper use the supercharged boiler experiments’ platform in Harbin University to put forward a small steam supply system simulation model.The simulation system consists of boiler,deaerator,turbine,bypass and other equipments takes the measured variable as a state parameter and uses the basic heat transfer equations to compute the heat transfer coefficient of gas and fluid side.Considering the key to solve the problems of heat transfer in the chamber of a stove or furnace at the convection heat transfer can not be ignored,After building the small steam supply system.Discusses the matching problem charge and discharge process based on the matching problem of PID controller,exploring the stability for the boiler water-level and the pressure of different charge and discharge steam process.This paper simplifies the system’s initial value and improves the system’s dynamic performance and speed through modifying the algorithm.Comparing the steady-state result and the experimental data;the error of the main parameters is less.In according with the characteristics of a marine supercharged boiler furnace heat transfer,a simplified model for simulation of marine boiler furnace heat transfer was proposed.Got a more exact smoke temperature of the exit of chamber of a stove or furnace after the convective heat transfer was considered.Got a better steam charge and discharge matching principle of small Steam supply system.based on the Theory of PID control through the discuss of different strategy of steam charge and discharge.Experiments prove this controller to be of real operability.Meanwhile,the conclusions and means obtained from experiments will have a great significance to the improvement of steam boiler system and water level controller. |
