Research On X Area Safety Management Of High Voltage Power Transmission Operations Based On Risk Management

For power grid enterprises,the risk factors that affect the safety of the transmission operation are mainly from two aspects,the failure risk of power grid operation and the risk of power grid maintenance.In view of the two kinds of core operational safety risk,this paper research on the risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.Launching the risk management theory and the method in transmission variable operational safety management.And on this basis,the high voltage power supply bureau of an area in western China as an example,the risk control measures taken for the two operative safety risk factors.There are the main contents of this paper:Through the analysis of existing X area power grid safety risk of failure and on this basis from four aspects of the grid structure equipment production facilities equipment and material reserve and lines and other channels analysis the current power grid is the main operation risk.The safety risk factors for transmission and distribution operations at the scene respectively from the four aspects,management factors,human factors,environmental factors and equipment factors.Work of 500 kV substation ABB breaker bushing replacement as an example,analyzes the source of operations at the scene of the major risk factors and risk factors assessment.In the basis,for X area in the ultra high voltage power supply bureau make a more perfect power operation safety risk control measures and risk management plan,the measures in terms of power grid operation risk and the transmission of the job site risk do detailed tube for power grid operation safety risk analysis.The X region during the running of power system in power grid operation risks and transmission maintenance operations at the scene of the risk management research to improve the regional power grid of the ability of risk management and risk control,operation safety management measures,perfect safety management of grid structure,improve the management level of the power grid security,prevent the occurrence of electrical safety accidents.
