Along with the construction of science and technology development in recent years,people on the construction engineering quality requirements continue to increase,the current system of engineering construction has begun to appear in the high alpine region,the structure of the complex environment,high strength ultraviolet radiation,diurnal temperature fluctuations,cold temperature environment will adversely affect the building structure.At the same time,the dynamic performance of building materials is also put forward more stringent requirements.At present,the performance of crumb rubber concrete under low temperature is a weak link in the research of concrete materials.This paper will mainly study the crumb rubber concrete in room and low temperature with the effect of rubber content change on the shock resistance performance of building materials,but now there is no domestic standards about impact test on concrete in China,at the same time,the impact on the life of crumb rubber concrete under room and low temperature to meet what statistical law has no relevant research,the author also will be involved in this research.The addition of rubber particles will influence the concrete impact strength(compressive strength),In order to reduce the impact of the intensity on the impact resistance of concrete materials,this research arranged ordinary concrete and crumb rubber concrete of the same strength grade,the volume of the rubber content is 5%,10% and 15% respectively.At the same time,considering the influence of the temperature,the use of u-shape specimen designed by this research team and a newly designed drop weight impact machine,the tests were conducted at room temperature(25?)and low temperature(-20?)under different age of impact resistance.Curing age were 10 d and 31 d.Test at low temperature is divided into 7d and 28 d at room temperature curing and 3d at low temperature curing,total 10 d and 31 d,in order to compare with the concrete at low temperature,the concrete under room temperature curing time are 10 d and 31 d.The results showed that,the number of the impact resistance of the crumb rubber concrete complies with the theory of double parameters Weibull distribution and linear regression theory,and at both room temperature and low temperature,the resistance of crumb rubber concrete will increased with the increase of rubber content increase.This experiment can provide demonstration for domestic concrete anti shock experiment,and crumb rubber concrete cracking resistance and toughness in all aspects has the superior performance,can adapt to the complex construction environment,the impact properties of crumb rubber concrete in low temperature has a very positive significance for its application in alpine area.And filled the blank of the crumb rubber concrete at low temperature,the author will explore this subject.
