| In recent years,the school-running scales and spatial scales of university campuses expend continually with popularization of higher education,which cause a series of new campus planning and construction work.Meanwhile,it must be noticed that the current campus traffic planning frequently follows the method of urban traffic planning theory because the lack of relevant planning theory.Furthermore,Along with the acceleration of urbanization process and the improvement of urban motorization level,a growing number of cars appear on campuses,which raised a series of environmental and safety problems.In this context,how to realize the sustainable development of campus traffic system has become research emphasis in this field.This paper follows the people-oriented concept of sustainable development and aims at establishing a safe and low pollution campus traffic system.In the end,a system of university campus traffic planning theory and design method on the basis of green transport idea has been put forward,which is of great realistic significance for the construction of green campus.The contents of this paper mainly include four aspects as follow:1)This paper discusses the changing process of urban traffic planning idea from car-oriented to transit-oriented and reveals the difference between them in classification system of road network structure.Meanwhile,the connotation of green transport idea and the composition of campus traffic system are summarized systematically,which provides the theoretical foundation for subsequent study.2)Considering the interaction between traffic and land use,this paper put forward the road classification system and network structure and gradation indexes that is suitable for campus on the premise of meeting traffic demand,and optimize internal road cross-sectional forms at all levels combing with the LID and traffic safety engineering technologies.3)This paper uses the computer imagine processing technology to track and extract moving objects in surveillance videos and proposes a traffic conflict judgment method which can be used to evaluate the safety level of intersections based on the collected traffic data.4)Eventually,this paper study the green transport measures adopted in new campus of Tianjin University and evaluate the effect of the raised intersection. |
