| Unattended operation mode in substation is vigorously promoted and actively applied currently in many countries including China.With the successful application and large-scale popularization of the mode in 220 kV and the voltage below substation,our country gradually improved technology of unattended substation and the relevant management have been increasingly more mature.In order to comply with the trend of power enterprise development and combined with the on-site reality,unattended substation operation mode in our bureau has been fully implemented and it will be applied in 35 kV system in the near future.At present,the application and management of unattended operation in our bureau is still in primary stage,with the equipment configuration,shift mode,and accident handling emergency all passive fixed,which lead directly to the situations such as unscientific personnel structure,unreasonable allocation and low operation stability.Based on the situation of our bureau,this paper evaluates and studies the staffing,shift and accident handling of the unattended substation,and adopts scientific method and security concept during the study of patrol strategy and fault handling process optimization,making serious statistics and in-depth analysis in the aspects of technology,principles,psychological and management.Combined with the regional characteristics,personnel composition and the uniqueness of the grid structure,analysis and research are made to explore the potential problems existing in the current operating mode,what’s more,the improvement of the mode and the patrol strategy and fault handling process are studied.Based on the current situations in the unattended substation,corresponding solutions are put forward to solve the exiting problems in our bureau. |
