The residue of ammonium sulfate produced by the original leaching of the ion type rare earth mining area in South Jiangxi has a certain effect on the durability of the concrete building in this area.In this paper,the laboratory fast carbonization test and compressive strength test are carried out by the standard concrete test blocks soaked in three different concentrations of ammonium sulfate solution to find the change law of the carbonization depth and the change law of the ultimate compressive strength and the rebound strength.At the same time,the relationship between the ultimate compressive strength and the rebound strength is found through the research and analysis,to set up the special intensity curve,the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Three kinds of mass concrete standard specimens with different water cement ratios were immersed in three different concentrations of ammonium sulfate solution to the corresponding age,then the carbonization test was carried out and the carbonization depth of each age was recorded,thus find out the influence law of the concentration of ammonium sulfate on the carbonization of the concrete block;the influence mechanism of the concentration of ammonium sulfate on the carbonization depth of the concrete block is summarized,with the increase of the concentration of ammonium sulfate,the carbonization depth of the same carbonization age is generally increased,the carbonization rate is the fastest in 0~7d,7~14d times,and the slowest in 14~28d;the corresponding function model is established to predict the carbonization depth of concrete.(2)The strength test of the rebound method and the strength test of the press are carried out for the concrete specimens that carbonized to all ages,and the strength of the rebound strength and the ultimate compressive strength are obtained,and draw the change trend of strength value of each age test block;the influence mechanism of the concentration of ammonium sulfate on the compressive strength of concrete block is summarized,the ultimate compressive strength and the rebound strength of the concrete block decrease with the increase of the concentration of ammonium sulfate solution,and the strength of the rebound is decreased more.(3)The relationship between the rebound strength and the ultimate compressive strength of concrete specimens with different concentration of ammonium sulfate is analyzed,and draw a diagram of the relationship between the two;based on the principle of least square method,the regression analysis of the two sets of data is carried out and the correspondingfunction equation is obtained,thus set up a special intensity curve,and the error range meet specification requirements,and take this for reference to practical engineering.
