Channel revetment using precast concrete block revetment structure and hollow block revetment stone structure will not only reduce the exploitation of stone resources but also meet the national requirement as "four saving one environment protected"for green buildings, which will bring broad development prospects. China’s current concrete block testing standards are mainly applied to industrial and civil construction fields, while the norms and standards in water transport and traffic engineering quality control and testing methods are unavailable. Therefore, a more reasonable quality assessment technology could improve the accuracy and operability of the test in the compressive strength testing of waterway concrete block revetment, which has great significance for the research and application of revetment block structure. The research object in this paper is the M-type and split diamond concrete blocks. The M-type concrete splitting block size is 480 mm×150 mm×240 mm of total 450 groups, while the diamond concrete splitting block size is 400 mm×300 mm×150 mm of total 45 groups. The main content of the study are as follows:(1) Using cutting cubes, drill core cylinder and with the density of unconfined compressive strength test for C20, C25, C30 three intensity levels, the test data were analyzed by the statistical theory and treatment. For the same level block, the compressive strength of blocks in the unconfined density method increases by 36.4%, 19.0%,22.8%, compared to two other methods. What’s more, the coefficient of variation between test data which is 0.042-0.06 shows the data of the same density test method in unconfined channel revetment block strength test is more stable, less discrete and of bigger mean strength, the same density unconfined cylinder test is more suitable.(2) The influence of the density, porosity and curing time on the same density unconfined cylinder block is analysed. The results show the increase or decrease of one(3) percentage point for each case block molding density, compressive strength will have a 9.2% change. Early strength of concrete block is obvious, intensity of the 3d block can reach 60% of the 28d strength, and the 7d strength can reach 77% of 28d strength.(3) Through the analysis of the correlation between different test methods, correlation among the three test methods is significant. Combining the principle of least squares and the MATLAB program, three different test methods and the correlation curve among different types of blocks are acquired. And finally the C20 grade fitting curve is verified, and the reliability and engineering feasibility are showed in the results.
