Concrete face rock-fill dam(hereinafter referred to as CFRD)has been 100 years of development history.Its main technical features include: thin layer plate,vibrating compacted rock-fill,semi permeable base course,filmy toe board,sliding casting and vertical parting casting thin strip of concrete face,multi-channel and multi-function joint sealing structure and material etc.CFRD is a competitive new type because of its excellent safety,economy,adaptability,high dams with large reservoirs,has been used in a large number of rivers on the large hydropower station.Our country started the first concrete faced rock-fill dam in 1985,combined with the construction of concrete faced rock-fill dam in 30 years,the material properties,numerical analysis and model test study is scientific research series,made a series of achievements in the concrete face rock-fill dam design theory and engineering practice.But as a high concrete faced rock-fill dam also has many needs further to study,such as how to correctly predict the deformation trend of dam body under various operating conditions,to ensure that the design and optimization of the dam,on the basis of the panel force uniform has become one of the key problems in design.Combining the engineering characteristics of high concrete face rock-fill dam QBT water conservancy hub of Xinjiang,through the three dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis of narrow valley,super high concrete faced rock-fill dam stress and deformation analysis,the main contents include:(1)The inductive factors related to the summary of the impact of engineering properties of rock-fill material,and from the view of engineering practice,review the application analysis model.(2)Analysis of the working characteristics of the system and the contact characteristics of slab joints of concrete face rock-fill dam rock-fill and concrete is studied and the simulation algorithm is proposed,the numerical calculation and analysis of concrete face rock-fill dam in different material friction contact and panel joint systems.(3)Range of parameter values,statistical induction of conventional hard rock rock-fill materials is presented in this paper,the research on concrete face rock-fill dam material parameter calculation of rock-fill materials,by means of numerical computation,the stress and deformation properties of the comprehensive analysis and study of high concrete face rock-fill dam built in the narrow valley,from feasibility analysis of stress and deformation of the dam structure design perspective.(4)According to the characteristics of QBT water conservancy concrete face rockfill dam site topography,geological conditions,combining with the analysis of three dimensional nonlinear finite element calculation,proposes the structure of high concrete face rock-fill dam design of narrow valley topography,based on geological conditions.
