Research On The CCRC Interior Public Space Based On Gestalt Laws

"Stylized" old man in the traditional pension building ignores the crowd positioning of different types of the aging population of the elderly individual needs,cognizing the inertia "desocialization",the elderly will find difficulties to carry out re employment linkage type mode-continue education-social participation"optimization.As a change to the traditional pension architecture,the continuous care retirement community(CCRC)provides a suitable model for the needs of the modernization of the pension needs of the elderly.The design concept of the building of functional composites,pension weakening,social coordination,providing convenience for the elderly to participate in different social activities,but ignoring the micro personalized needs of different types of elderly,space perception experience as a surface layer of the individual demand in the old building design are often ignored.Therefore,the spatial perception of the elderly pension as the starting point of architectural design,based on the Gestalt psychology theory,gestalt as a Gestalt theory,explaining the relationship between the viewer and the object,the viewer via this eye visual media,through the brain acquisition,organization,deleting and other activities the two-dimensional image and three-dimensional image transformed into the consciousness of projection space,shaping the formation of specific visual schema.The formation of visual schema follows the principles of similar,closed,four,Gestalt visual organization principle,the complicated object simplified into simple image warping.Based on the core of the spatial perception of elderly people experience,around the static viewpoint on the independent perception and dynamic continues viewpoint,studying on space experience and entity experience alternation of the wealth of experience,proving the perception of the appropriate user space interval activities presented by the Gestalt theory.Through the simulation research and Zhaoyuan caring retirement center,Suzhou Yangshan nursing homes,Haven Hospice Custead Care Center and The village at Orchard Ridge,analysing the data,aiming at the problems in the case,reassembling the space elements,effecting the perspective of the elderly ratio entity elements and spatial elements,strengthening the environment to stimulate and guide the old awareness,enhancing spatial perception ability of the elderly.In order to better meet the needs of the elderly,based on visual balance principle,space in the "translucent" principle and outstanding physical and spatial unity principle,the paper puts forward to strengthen the spatial perception adaptation strategy,in order to explore the different pension demand space suitable for the old concrete design method.
