In recent years, as China’s economic development take-off, led to the culture of unprecedented prosperity. The rapid development of urban cultural industries, requires a lot of urban public cultural space. In this environment, a large part of the culture is built on a standardized, uniform production specifications and construction methods to create, functionalism dominated, visual effects and rational rules limit the unlimited pursuit of these cultural buildings can only be a carrier pecuniary interest, quantitative analysis of the product. Faced with the reality can not help but ask:why we built? This is the original intention of writing this article.Phenomenological perspective of theory, provides a look at the problem of new thinking, new attitudes, new methodology. Faced with the times, we will be introduced to the culture of phenomenology building, designed to reflect inadequacies or some place because architects ignore prejudice caused, triggered rethinking of cultural construction of this building type. We focus on the study of human consciousness experience. Direct experience in different areas of people’s perception of the cultural buildings will constitute our perception of objects related to cognition and reflection, and thus to experience feelings of human perception to redefine guide on this point. Eventually come to a design strategy in architectural design and construction process of the new ways and methods to help maximize the architect practice.Through in-depth induction, case studies, interdisciplinary research methods, first elaborated the development context phenomenology associated with the construction of phenomenology, while the cultural construction of related research and make finishing. Urban cultural buildings by property summary and analysis, found some drawbacks in theory and practice. Next on the phenomenological theory of intervention Architecture entry points classification thinking and discussion of the relationship between phenomenology and architecture, a clear perception phenomenology can solve some of the key issues in today’s culture of architectural design practice. The fourth and fifth chapters is the key sections of this article, the first of the theoretical basis of a simple perceptual analysis, and discuss the composition of the sensory perception systems (vision, hearing, etc.) as well as time, space, culture architecture and design can lead to perceptual experience; at the same time respond to the second chapter, the role played by urban culture building strategies discussed; and the construction of the physical, material, detail, light and shadow, color and other elements to create a method of lead and inspire the viewer perceptual experience of inner feelings abstract architectural quality Discussion. Thus gradually forming a cultural building design methodology set of phenomenological properties.
