Everyone is closely related to the medical industry.And the medical devices is growing.The emergence of Total Laboratory Automation has made a significant contribution to solving the shortage of laboratory talent.The centrifuge treating system for a blood collection tube is the core of the whole Total Laboratory Automation.it is connected to the collection of blood vessels,and the test,analysis of blood samples of the instrument.The processing speed and success rate affect the efficiency of the Total Laboratory Automation.This paper mainly studies a centrifuge treating system for a blood collection tube,which is based on the automatic pipeline form and can adapt to the actual treatment of blood samples in the hospital.The system is of great significance to improve the quality of blood vessel testing,shorten the sample detection cycle,reduce costs and enhance laboratory safety.This paper analyzes the centrifugal principle of centrifugal treatment system.The movement forms of blood collection tube are analyzed based on the above principle.And according to it,the motion law of the centrifugal system and the movement is determined,then the overall structure of program is also determined.By analyzing the motion law of the system,the overall control scheme of the distributed mode is determined.The manipulator of loading and unloading centrifugal block is the key institutions in the centrifugal system.This paper designs its structure and pneumatic circuit,and according to the characteristics of its motion speed,the trapezoidal velocity curve is planned.At the same time,the synchronous belt mechanism used in the manipulator are modeled and analyzed.Centrifuge is the core mechanism in the centrifugal system.According to its AC servo motor mathematical modeling.the three closed loop controller of motor is designed by engineering design methods.The simulation model of AC servo control system is built in Matlab/Simulink,which is used to verify the accuracy of its designed controller.And the speed of the centrifuge is planned as an S-curve,then the rationality of the planning is verified by the simulation of the motor and controller.And the various parts of system logic of the control is designed.According to the controller itself characteristics,it is compiled the programs with the appropriate programming language.In view of the remaining blood collection tube problems in the actual production,the paper designs a method of tubeallocation,and uses HTML language to demonstrate its animation simulation principle.A hardware system is build.Experimental prototype is Established,which test the speed and torque operation of the manipulator motor and centrifuge motor.And according to the planned curve,the paper verifies the correctness of its speed planning.Centrifugal block transfer experiment is carried out on the centrifugal block transmission mechanism.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems that arise in the experiment and verifies that the system can realize the expected function.
