Urban expressway is the skeleton of urban road traffic,which bears huge traffic demand.Therefore,compared with other urban roads,the impact of traffic accidents on urban expressway will be more serious.Accurate and reasonable safety assessment of urban expressway locations through a large number of traffic accident data can identify potential safety hazards and have significant implications for urban road traffic safety management and accident prevention.In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet and vehicle terminals,a large number of traffic accident information data has been generated.Through the collection and analysis of these data,the damage consequences and traffic impacts of traffic accidents can be analyzed,and safety assessments can also be made on the location of the accident.Based on this,this paper firstly collects and analyzes the Internet Web text data,analyzes the attributes of traffic accidents based on the RDF triple structure,and establishes the damage consequential attributes and traffic impact attributes of traffic accidents.Through the map matching of the Y-Box data,the information of the running status of the vehicle on the road section where the accident occurred can be obtained,including the information such as the speed of the vehicle,the direction,and the road level.Through the information of location point speed and direction,traffic impact analysis can be performed on urban expressway traffic accidents,including the identification of the location of the accident,the calculation of the duration of the accident,the calculation of the scope of accident,the calculation of traffic delay,and traffic impact indicators for traffic accidents at different locations can be analyzed and quantitatively calculated.Finally,an equivalent accident frequency model based on the consequences of damage and traffic impact was established.The number of equivalent accidents was used to identify the location of traffic accidents in Beijing Expressway through the cumulative frequency curve method.Using the method of safety service level to carry out the safety assessment of the one-way four-lane expressway accident site.The evaluation results show that the level of safety services in accident-prone locations is mostly at level IV,indicating that the algorithm for the equivalent number of accidents in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
