Study On Sightseeing Agricultural Village Landscape Planing And Design

With further development of beautiful countryside construction,“rural complex” was proposed--a comprehensive development mode which integrated modern agriculture,leisure tourism and pastoral community.Thus,countrysides and villages featuring productive landscapes were in full swing to do landscape planning so as to satisfy travelers' demands.However,some countrysides in this process were lacking in themes,losing their local characteristics and being in same style just like other thousands of villages.In this context,the author studied the master plan and landscape design of sightseeing agricultural countrysides.First of all,the author understood that sightseeing agricultural countrysides were ones except villages of productive landscapes but on the background of productive landscapes.And the author thought that the study of sightseeing agricultural countrysides was of significance in promoting the beautiful countryside construction and playing a role in development of agricultural tourism.It's also important in developing modes of special countrysides and planning landscape mode for villages relying on agricultural production yet having tourism potential.Then this paper,based on the relations between rural tourism and sightseeing agriculture,analyzed the theory development of rural landscape plan home and abroad and raised two issues needed to be notice in such landscape planning under the guidance of regional cultural semiotics,principles of community building and Sustainable Development Theory.The two issues were the integration of rural master plan and vernacular landscape effect,and construction of intercative landscape.In the following part,the author based on Sanlin Village of Deqing County,made a analysis on its master plan,elaborated the construction of the rural cultrual landscape and designs of landscape carriers,including architectural fa?ade renovation,landscape plan for public place,rural landscape design,courtyard landscape design,road landscape design and tourism projects arrangement.In light of the revelant issues,the author proposed “Industry + Culture +” mode after analyzing on the landscape plan and design of Sanlin Village and studying on related papers and documants.The author considered that the master planof sightseeing agriculturalcountrysideshould integrate industry planning and tourism planning.In landscape design,the author illustrated how tointegrate rural culture to build vernacular landscapes from the above six landscape carriers.From the design and construction,landscape effect and function,landscape design and tourism projects,the interactive landscape construction was proved to merit reference for Sanlin Village.In the end,the author hoped that such case studies and issue settlement system are beneficial for the study on landscape plan of sightseeing agricultural countryside.
